The Lakeside Festival a multicultural extravaganza is a big crowd pleaser with its line-up of artists and performers.

 

Long Bay attracts over a million beach enthusiasts to its shores, as its beach is safe, it has open spaces where groups gather and play outdoor games. The park will lead you to as far as Okura, while along the way you will find the historic Vaughan Homestead while walking through the native bush. Milford has its own marina, cruising club, farmers market, boutique outlets along with your popular retail outlets, and with many areas of the shore a delightful village atmosphere. Overall the North Shore is where locals and visitors alike go swimming, sail, water sport, and sit back and relax while people watching.
