Arcadia Lodge started life about 1904 as a prestigious residence for the owner of the Taranaki Daily News. It has had a colourful life as a family residence, Boarding House, Rest Home and now as a Bed & Breakfast establishment. Arcadia Lodge has 20 bedrooms consisting of a mix of double, multi-bed and bunkrooms. Each room has a telephone, television, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities.
